Returns + Exchange Policy

Here at Eastwood styling, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on furniture, décor, soft furnishing or ceramics unless your item is damaged or faulty upon delivery. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Furniture - please ensure the furniture you have ordered will fit your space, we provide all measurements on the original listings. Please ensure large items will be able to fit through the access points into your residence. 

Damaged décor items - if you receive an item damaged, please contact us via email immediately and we will organise an exchange (if available) or a return and refund. 

Damaged furniture - all furniture leaves our storage facility in an undamaged condition. If item has been damaged in transit, please do not sign for the delivery. Please check over your items prior to signing off on the delivery.  

*Please note due to the handmade and antique nature of the materials used, slight imperfections in the wood such as knots and grooves, are not considered a fault.
